Yoga and Sound Bath Retreat
Movement, Meditation and Sound Bath in the Land of Mythology and Philosophy
Join for a 5 night stay on the beautiful Island of Lefkada Greece, the jewel of the Ionian Sea. There will be yoga, meditation, sound bath (twice practices most days) in a stunning glass sided yoga shala, or take it to the outdoor deck, and there will be philosophy and dharma talks on both traditional yoga sutras, and the philosophy of Stoicism. Beyond our practice there will be a variety of excursions options, such as water sports, boat beach hoping, and and a walk with a local herbalist, with plenty of time to relax at the villas, hire an in house massage, and lounge at the infinity pools overlooking the Bay, and a short 5 minute walk to the beach. The food will be provided by an in-house chef throughout the stay, with the town and other dining and shopping options just a short walk away.
What to expect

This is your time and your retreat to treat yourself! The schedule is your own and you are not required to attend all things! Take as many or as few classes and offerings as you like. This is your time to do as you please.

1-2+ yoga/meditation/sound practices daily, most days there will be one morning and evening, with extra optional offerings woven throughout our stay. There will be one class and ceremony on the evening of arrival, and departure day is still tbd for class and will depend on departure ride schedule. Full schedule to be released upon arrival and additional offerings will be adjusted depending on weather, other adventures etc.

A hired chef that will be preparing meals with options for vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian. There will be two larger meals, morning and night, and a small lunch each full day (arrival/departure days may differ). Dietary restrictions and requests will be available and added down the road once planning gets a little closer. There are also tavernas that are close walking distance for additional food, drink and eating out.

Located just a 5-minute walk from the picturesque Desimi Beach, our villas offer easy access to an array of water sports, including swimming, paddleboarding, snorkeling, and kayaking. For those seeking adventure, an optional larger boat excursion is available, adding an extra layer of excitement to your retreat experience.

Our retreat offers two beautifully designed practice spaces that seamlessly blend with their natural surroundings. One studio features three glass walls, offering breathtaking views of two bays and the tranquil embrace of olive trees—a truly stunning sanctuary for your practice. The second is an open-air space with a premium wooden deck, located beside the infinity pool, allowing you to connect deeply with the environment. A spacious terrace accommodating up to 24 guests adds to the charm, perfect for group activities or dining experiences. With a hired chef crafting delicious meals and additional nearby tavernas just a 5-minute walk away, your retreat promises a perfect balance of wellness and indulgence.
Travel & Excursions
Plan your Flights and other travel before/after!
Start your travel planning early! For those who want to coordinate flights and travel together, we’re happy to assist in creating groups. I plan to arrive a few days early, spending time in Athens, both of which offer more convenient flight connections to Greece, and departing and spending time in Rome on the way back to SF. Travel insurance/refundable flights are not required but encouraged (if global/personal emergencies events for leader occur, retreat value will be refunded as deemed appropriate or retreat may be delayed and guest will be given options).
Optional Excursions
Make the retreat your own by adding optional excursions to your itinerary. Whether you’re up for exploring or prefer some quiet moments, these a la carte activities let you customize your retreat experience for maximum enjoyment. One excursion will be aboard the beautiful wooden ship, the Ionian Spirit. Local snacks and bev while we beach, cove, and island hop for a full day! Boat provides water sport gear to paddle around, float, and snorkel. It is going to be an unforgeatable day on the water!
Arriving in Greece
Once in Greece, I’ll spend 2-3 days exploring Athens before heading to the retreat center. This option allows for a more relaxed transition into the retreat while enjoying a bit of extra adventure. If you would like tips and advice on Athens planning, I am happy to help!
Departure Arrangements
When the retreat ends, the center will also help organize your departure transportation. If you’re traveling from cities other than Athens, they’ll gladly coordinate to make sure everything runs smoothly. There is the local airport Preveza as well which I know I will be departing from.
Getting to the Retreat
Transportation to and from the retreat center is not included in the retreat cost, but the center will help coordinate it. A scenic 4-hour van or bus ride from Athens is one of the best options, offering stunning views of mountains and the Greek countryside. We can also plan for stops at charming brunch spots along the way!
Charter Flights & Other Options
For those seeking faster travel, small charter planes might be available, depending on interest and availability. Details will be confirmed during the next planning phase, and the retreat center can help explore this option further.

Deposit of $600 due at registration, final payment due by May 30.
After June 1st, payments to be made in full (please reach out direct if you would like to split into two payments).
Excursion options, transportation arranged to retreat center (besides flights) and other add ons will be in a final payment sometime in June when final travel arrangements have been set..

Yes, early bird pricing is available until February 1. Prices will increase after this date, so reserve your spot early to save!

To keep costs lower for everyone, payments are accepted via Zelle, Venmo, or check. By avoiding third-party booking sites and credit card fees, I can offer more affordable rates. If you encounter any issues with payment, please reach out to me for assistance.

If your space is able to be filled by another guest, I will issue a full refund (minus a $100 fee).
If you cancel before future payments are made, you are not obligated to pay the remainder. Only if your spot is filled, you’ll receive a refund for the rest, minus the $100 fee.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat forfeit the entirety of the initial deposit. If your space is filled at a discounted rate, only the covered cost will be refunded, and any difference will be forfeited.
Refunds will only be issued if and when payment from the replacement guest has been received.

Yes, all meals provided are vegetarian/pescatarian. If you have additional dietary needs, a questionnaire will be sent closer to the retreat to collect this information. Please complete and submit the form at least 30 days prior to arrival.

Transportation from the airport to the retreat will be coordinated based on your flight details. We are allotted five pickup times before additional charges apply. To streamline logistics, it’s best to coordinate flights with others staying in your villa.

For groups, priority will be given to those booking an entire room together.
Single guests can reserve a whole room at an adjusted price. You can also add a roommate later; your deposit secures the room regardless.

Absolutely! Due to the retreat's nature and demographics, men need to either book a full room or have a confirmed roommate. If needed, I can add you to a waitlist and pair you with another guest if there’s interest.
